- Primero. ABSTENERSE de pronunciarse sobre el escrito presentado por el Procurador General de la Nacion el 12 de agosto de 2005, por las razones expuestas.
- Segundo. ORDENASE a la Secretaria General de la Corte Constitucional que, una vez se levante la suspension de terminos dentro del proceso de la referencia -con ocasion del escrito presentado por el Procurador General de la Nacion-, se le corra traslado por el termino que falte al Procurador General de la Nacion para que rinda el concepto de su competencia.
